Can you imagine that in a time where you can turn your TV on ESPN and find the nation's bee spelling or the World Series of Poker this would remain a contentious issue? The fact that the situation is that both parties have a good debate on this issue. From the outside looking in it seems that bodybuilding competitions are only male festivals. Let's face it! The men in these competitions straps, while parading on stage for music and flexing their muscles. Age competitions were divided into three different classes that each competitor will compete and be judged. The first is a test of strength, followed by a contest of agility and ultimately by a showcase of the muscles in general. It was not possible to win the event in any one class. This would make more sense for the reason that we currently have individual competitions in each of these classes. we are certainly aware of the arguments that many people have for bodybuilding is not a sport, but what are some of the reasons in your defense? I've always related, if not have to prepare for competition then there is no way can be classified as a sport. Bodybuilding exercise 5-6 times a week for up to 2 hours per day! I'm not sure what the statistics are but each of us at least friends with someone who has taken the pumping iron to get in shape, but had to stop, either because of lack of effort or too many wounds. All this dedication and sacrifice that is put on the day of the competition. I bet the public does not understand that bodybuilders actually hire choreographers to help them with their routines. To all the critics ask, that he can muscle builders to work in the gym, but that still does not change the indisputable fact that the competition is nothing more then a contest of glory for men! If you are ready for any challenge to test the study of this paper to stand up now and flex their muscles continuously at full power with a duration of three minutes. That challenge was not much fun now would you? My point was that we never convince you that bodybuilding is a sport or not, but to open his mind to the possibility that their may be and is, a ton more than a bodybuilding competition the traditional meets the eye. So next time you are wondering whether bodybuilding is a sport to remember how much hard work, dedication and sacrifice of these people to get to the point of being on stage! .
